State Bank Of India Corporate Accounts Group II, Mumbai wanted to have a Boardroom Solution, Training Room Solution, Digital Signage and Room Scheduler. They decided to call the AV Specialist System Integrators who can satisfy their requirement.
The Challenge
State Bank Of India Corporate Accounts Group II, Mumbai a renowned Public Sector Bank, a subsidiary of Government of India wanted to establish the innovative audio-visual technologies for their office. In addition, they also wanted to involve to their team for more active collaboration solution for higher productivity. For this, they asked us to design advanced meeting/conference rooms which enable user-friendly collaboration.
The Solution
The Infocomm Certified Audio Visual Design Team at Cosmos carefully understand and evaluate the SBI CAG II requirements and design a solution that could meet and satisfy their requirement.
The key solution which we delivered was Sharp 82” Interactive Touch Display which can be used for Video Conference System and Presentation as well. This touch display is also been used for annotation purpose.
Barco CSC-1 High Definition Presentation system is being deployed for Wireless Collaboration. The user friendly functionally gives a pleasant user experience. Also, four participants can share the presentation at the same time which enables SBI to compare and analyze the data very effectively.
Revolabs wireless Microphones system is being used for wireless audio pick up without any interference with the other system. Digital Signal Processor is being used to cancel the eco and feedback and cutoff the unwanted noise in order to deliver the natural audio .
Tannoy CVS-4 Ceiling speakers with Class D amplifier is being used for natural audio quality.
Crestron Control Processor takes the control of all the devices and our engineers programmed the system in such an user friendly algorithm which gives overall pleasant experience.
Streme Digital Signage Solution and Room scheduler solution were deployed as per clients expectation. Digital Signage Solution is being used to play TV Feeds, advertisements, Welcome notes, Tickers etc.
Room scheduler solution is being used to for room booking application via outlook or from central admin as well. Also, the alert system by email is configured for pre-alert.
The Result
The end-user wanted to have innovative audio visual technology for user-friendly collaboration application for their Boardroom, Training Room, Digital Signage, and Room Scheduler.
Our Infocomm Certified Audio Visual Design Team, takes care of all the above requirements carefully, designed an entire system and also demonstrated SBI to makes sure of that client requirement and system designed matches.
Our engineers programmed and give control on the touch panel for an user friendly application.
